The article examines the possibilities of improving the efficiency of enterprise management through the use of modern ERP systems. The role of information technologies in enhancing management performance, optimizing business processes, and increasing the level of coordination between individual structural units is analyzed. Based on the conducted analysis, the main advantages and disadvantages of using ERP solutions in enterprise activities are identified, and the factors influencing the effectiveness of their implementation in the context of digital economic transformation are outlined. Criteria for comparing modern ERP systems and evaluating their performance have been developed in order to ensure efficient enterprise activity, increase competitiveness, and enhance adaptability to changes in the external environment.
It has been proven that the implementation of ERP systems contributes to the automation of business processes, improves the efficiency of managerial decision-making, and enhances coordination among enterprise departments. The use of ERP systems enables enterprises to increase operational efficiency, use resources more rationally, and adapt to the conditions of the digital economy. In the course of the study, a comprehensive comparison of ERP systems was carried out based on technical, functional, economic, and organizational criteria. One of the most appropriate approaches to such evaluation was the method of multicriteria analysis based on a linear weighted sum model, which made it possible to comprehensively compare alternative ERP solutions and determine the most suitable option for enterprise needs. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approach to support managerial decision-making in selecting an ERP system depending on the specifics of enterprise activity.
