INTEGRATED APPROACH TO PLANNING FINANCIAL POSITION OF ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The problem of planning the financial condition of an enterprise is undoubtedly relevant, since its successful implementation is a prerequisite for financial stability and efficient operation of any enterprise.

The purpose of this study is to develop universal practical recommendations for improving the process of planning the financial condition of enterprises using the example of a functioning Ukrainian enterprise by generalising the methodological foundations of financial planning, assessing its current state and developing a comprehensive approach to planning the financial condition.

In the course of the study, an assessment of the financial condition of the enterprise was carried out to compare the actual data for the current period with the data for previous years, as well as to plan the main financial indicators of the enterprise. During the assessment of the financial condition of the enterprise, the following key indicators were calculated: profitability, as well as indicators of liquidity and financial stability of the analysed enterprise. Also, taking into account the set goal, the study analysed the current financial condition and identified opportunities for improving the financial planning process of the enterprise selected as an example, which made it possible to develop appropriate recommendations for improving this process, which would be universal in nature and could be useful for other similar enterprises.

The article proposes the introduction of a comprehensive approach to financial planning at the analysed enterprise, which, unlike existing ones, is based on a combination of ratio analysis, forecasting and a scenario approach, which will allow key financial indicators of the enterprise's activities to be taken into account. The practical value of the study lies in the fact that the recommendations and proposals for improving the planning of the enterprise's financial condition can be effectively implemented by other similar enterprises to improve their financial performance.
