CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO STAFF MANAGEMENT IN THE TRANSPORT INDUSTRY IN THE CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION PROCESSES

Abstract

It was determined that at the current stage of the development of personnel management at enterprises of the transport system, such problems as insufficient effectiveness of the management of the labor team, a low level of substantiation and development of personnel policy, low efficiency of personnel hiring measures, lack of systematic and qualified evaluation of the person are inherent ¬lu, a low level of ensuring social partnership and evaluating the effectiveness of personnel management, etc.

 It has been proven that due to the increase in the role of personnel in the field of transport, fundamental changes in the content of work caused by the use of new equipment, technologies and methods of production activity, interest in personnel has increased, the functions of ensuring the continuity of services and maintenance in the transport sector have become paramount areas that need to be improved in personnel management as well.

The conceptual personnel management system of the transport industry at the current stage provides for a strong, adaptive and organizational corporate culture that would stimulate the development of an atmosphere of mutual responsibility between the employee and the employer, the desire of all employees for the enterprise to be successful by supporting the initiative at all levels of the organization, permanent technical and organizational innovations, open discussion of all problems.

It is worth noting that the European integration processes in Ukraine will contribute to the development of the transport industry in the medium- and long-term development perspective. The attraction of investments will be intensified, the competitiveness of enterprises will increase, which will contribute to entering a new world market for Ukrainian enterprises. European integration processes in Ukraine are a major investment in the future.
