Abstract

Economic actors achieve competitive success by integrating efforts to promote value. Such joint efforts could create conditions for increased market power and unfair abuse of other market agents. Given society's desire to maintain sustainable development, creating a mechanism for managing corporate social responsibility is crucial. Moreover, this mechanism should also consider the peculiarities of the enterprises' integration interaction.

The scientific paper aims to develop theoretical and methodological support for providing the influence on the corporate social responsibility of integrated business structures. It also plans to develop recommendations for appropriate mechanism implementation, which understand the differences among types of economic integration.

The author's proposals are based on the concept of creating integrated value. They use the enterprise architecture modeling toolkit and ArchiMate modeling language. The logic of the integration mechanism formation for managing the business's corporate social responsibility has been revealed with ArchiMate language. ArchiMate helped to map the direction of the social responsibility disclosure as one of the integration effects. The levels of integration effect manifestation have been determined. These levels are business and society integration, various types of business integration under enterprise interaction with stakeholders, and business practices integration. Under such an approach, corporate social responsibility has been considered a tool for support and synergistic expansion of individual business capabilities of the integration interaction participants. The principle scheme for connecting the corporate social responsibility management mechanism with the integrated corporate entity management mechanism has been developed. A scheme for improving the integrated enterprises association value proposition with socially responsible principles has been proposed. The possibility of the business capabilities map usage for involving corporate social responsibility in the integration process has been realized. A role-based approach has been used to describe the corporate social responsibility management mechanism operation.

The developed recommendations for the proposed management mechanism modeling make it possible to turn corporate social responsibility into an additional factor for obtaining competitive advantages and developing the integrated enterprises association potential.
