MANAGEMENT OF VIABILITY IN THE SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES

The relevance of the problem of ensuring the viability of enterprises increases in the conditions of increased competition and the complication of financial and economic relations in the economy. The importance of applying a systemic approach to managing the viability of the enterprise is substantiated, the results of which will provide for the achievement of a sufficient level of economic security. Systematic management of viability is considered in relation to taking into account the influence of internal company and market trends, which allows to prepare high-quality management decisions to ensure the economic security of the enterprise. The importance of implementing a strategic approach to managing the viability of the enterprise, which will take into account the set of tasks and tools for solving them to ensure and further maintain the necessary level of economic security, is proven. The main principles of forming a program of measures to increase viability in the system of economic security of the enterprise have been determined. A set of priority criteria for the development of a strategy for strengthening viability in the system of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise has been formed. The proposed criteria take into account the trends of changes in the competitive environment and the need to adapt to them all areas of economic activity of the enterprise and its resource provision; security of the enterprise management system; adaptability of the enterprise management system to internal market and globalization trends; alternative management decisions in the system of economic security; the need to ensure internal balance of the main parameters of economic activity; orientation directions of the enterprise management system to ensure its sustainable viability and economic security; strategic orientation of management in order to achieve a sufficient level of viability and economic security. It was concluded that the protection of economic interests has priority in the management of viability, and its achievement confirms the sufficient level of economic security of the enterprise.
