MACROECONOMIC AND SOCIAL PREREQUISITES OF THE SYSTEMIC DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS IN UKRAINE

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study, to determine the specifics, as well as to build a system of management elements for the systemic development of health care facilities. The purpose of the article is to conduct an analysis of macroeconomic and social prerequisites for the formation of the necessary information and analytical basis for effective management of the systemic development of health care institutions in Ukraine.
The macroeconomic results of the functioning of health care institutions of Ukraine in 2010-2020 are summarized. The entrepreneurial activity in the field of health care in Ukraine and the Ternopil region in 2014-2020 is characterized. The financial and economic results of the activity of health care institutions in Ukraine are presented and Ternopil region in 2014-2020. A comparative analysis of the pre-tax financial results of health care institutions in Ternopil region and Ukraine per business entity in 2014-2020 was carried out. The level of staff turnover and wages in health care institutions of Ukraine in 2010-2020 was characterized The intellectual and personnel support of health care institutions of Ukraine in 2010-2020 is given.
The practical significance of the research results is that the key challenges of high-quality and effective management of the system development of health care institutions have been identified, which include the low quality of professionalism of top managers of health care institutions, unclear delegation of powers and subordination between heads of structural units, lack of of a unified management and economic development strategy, lack of formation of proper communication channels of data and information exchange between consumers and institutions, imperfect system of monitoring the image and reputation of medical personnel, raising the level of their qualifications.
The scientific novelty of the research results is that the method of analyzing macroeconomic and social prerequisites for the development of healthcare institutions has been improved.
