This article analyzes the impact of digital transformations on the formation and development of the potential of integrated value chains, particularly through the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies. The essence of an integrated production chain is defined as an integrated network of enterprises and institutions whose interaction is based on the alignment of strategies, business processes, and digital solutions with the aim of effectively utilizing their combined potential and achieving a synergistic effect in the process of creating added value. The structural elements of the potential of an integrated production chain are characterized; their effective combination determines the chain’s ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and ensure sustainable growth in its performance. Key areas of digitalization are identified, covering the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies, in particular the use of big data, artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and blockchain technologies.
