MODELING OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF OPERATIONS OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF UKRAINE IN THE DIGITAL MARKET ECONOMY CONDITIONS

In the modern conditions of the market economy agribusiness needs a lot of attention regarding the development and possibilities of improving the production and non-production processes that accompany it. The quality of the products produced, the technology of production processes, the speed and innovation of logistics operations directly affect the income of agricultural companies at the micro level, the economic stability of the country, partner countries and contractors at the macro level. The purpose of the article is to build and research an optimization model of the operational processes of an enterprise of the agricultural sector in the digital market economy of Ukraine. The methodological basis of the research is general scientific and special methods of analysis of market economic systems, namely methods of analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, systemic approach and comparative analysis of scientific concepts of the development of the agrarian sector. To formalize economic processes and build a model for optimizing logistics costs of agricultural sector enterprises in conditions of digitization, economic-mathematical modeling tools, economic-statistical methods were used as well as scenario modeling to evaluate alternative trajectories of operations development of agricultural company in market conditions. The result of the study is a built and solved economic-mathematical model of optimizing logistics costs of enterprises of the agricultural sector in the conditions of digitalization, an example of its application to search the best logistics and production solutions was implemented. The construction of such a model will help to determine the further development of agricultural sector enterprises in the conditions of a digital market economy. The proposed approach also creates a basis for the formation of strategies for the sustainable development of agribusiness, minimizing risks and increasing the efficiency of the functioning of agricultural production in a dynamic market environment. In the target function of the constructed model of optimization of logistics costs of enterprises of the agrarian sector in the conditions of digitalization, the costs of implementing digital solutions in logistics processes are originally taken into account, what allows for a more accurate assessment of the impact of investments on the economic results of the activities of agricultural enterprises and to increase the economic efficiency of their operation in the conditions of a market economy.
