Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and methodological principles of forming a system of sustainable development management of industrial enterprises in the regions of Ukraine in the context of structural transformations of the economy, increased global competition and the growing role of the regional factor in ensuring the economic security of the state. To achieve the set goal, a set of general scientific and special research methods was used, in particular: analysis and synthesis - to generalize theoretical approaches to sustainable development management; systemic and process approaches - to substantiate the structure of the management system; economic and statistical methods - to assess the development trends of industrial enterprises in the regions; the method of expert assessments and grouping - to form a system of sustainable development indicators.

The feasibility of using systemic and process approaches to sustainable development management of enterprises, taking into account economic, social and environmental components, is substantiated. A conceptual model of methodological support for the sustainable development management system of industrial enterprises is proposed, which is based on the integration of tools for strategic analysis, forecasting, risk assessment and the effectiveness of management decisions.

Particular attention is paid to the formation of a set of indicators for assessing the level of sustainable development of industrial enterprises in the regions, which includes financial and economic, production and technological, innovative, social and environmental indicators. An algorithm for introducing methodological support into the practice of enterprise activities is proposed, which provides for the stages of diagnostics, planning, implementation, monitoring and adjustment of management influences.

It is proven that the application of the proposed methodological support will contribute to increasing the adaptability of industrial enterprises to changes in the external environment, increasing their competitiveness and creating prerequisites for sustainable socio-economic development of the regions of Ukraine. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of their use by regional government bodies and heads of industrial enterprises in developing strategies and programs for sustainable development.
