ІNFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL COMPONENT OF ENSURING ECONOMIC SECURITY OF MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS: SYSTEMIC APPROACH AND PRACTICAL TOOLKIT

Abstract

This article investigates the theoretical and practical foundations of the information and analytical component in ensuring the economic security of medical institutions under conditions of increased uncertainty, military threats, and rapid digital transformation. The relevance of the study is driven by the growing vulnerability of healthcare institutions to economic, informational, and organizational risks caused by instability of the external environment, limited financial resources, and intensification of information flows.

The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical and applied approaches to improving the information and analytical component of economic security of medical institutions, taking into account modern challenges and wartime conditions. The methodological basis of the study includes system analysis, logical generalization, comparative analysis, and synthesis, which allowed for a comprehensive assessment of the role of information and analytical support in the security system of medical institutions.

The article substantiates that the information and analytical component is a key element of the economic security system, as it ensures timely collection, processing, protection, and interpretation of internal and external information necessary for effective managerial decision-making. A structural and logical scheme of the information and analytical component of ensuring economic security of medical institutions is developed, which integrates information sources, analytical tools, risk identification mechanisms, and security measures.

Special attention is paid to identifying the conditions that must be considered when forming an effective information and analytical system, including the quality and reliability of information, access control, protection against information leakage, monitoring of external threats, and integration of digital technologies. The article proposes a mechanism for implementing the information and analytical component within the economic security system of medical institutions, emphasizing the role of specialized analytical units as part of the security structure.

The practical significance of the research lies in the justification of economic efficiency from implementing information and analytical systems, which contribute to improved financial stability, risk minimization, enhanced competitiveness, and sustainable development of medical institutions. The study concludes that the effectiveness of economic security largely depends on the completeness, timeliness, and analytical depth of information, as well as on the ability of management to use analytical results for strategic and operational decisions. The proposed approaches can be applied in the activities of healthcare institutions to strengthen their economic resilience and adaptability in crisis conditions.
