The article analyzes the use of tools for applying digital ecosystems in the agricultural segment as an important element of sustainable development. It was established that in Ukraine the application of an ecosystem approach was declared in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine On the Unified Ecological Platform “EcoSystem” No. 1065 of October 11, 2021. The same resolution defined an ecosystem as a network of organizations that is created around the platform and uses its services to form the best offers to customers and access them.
The introduction of crypto solutions into the agro-industrial sector is designed to create integrated platforms in it aimed at helping farmers manage the supply chain or gain access to financial services. These solutions usually consist of elements of a digital structure that includes data in the form of sets and tables, possible operations in the form of algorithms and agronomic management schemes, levels of integration between elements, analytics and a user-oriented level (including applications and tools). All this is built on the basis of a reliable digital infrastructure, developed appropriate state regulation, functioning agricultural markets and existing or potential human capital resources.
It is noted that most cryptoassets backed by the world's most popular grain crops with cryptoidentifiers assigned to them: SOYA, CORA, WHEA, SOYB, CORB, Agri Token - began trading no earlier than 2021, therefore, the nature of the growth dynamics of the agricultural industry is of interest in the period from the last quarter of 2021 to the first quarter of 2023, as shown in Table 1. As for the soy token SOYA, it is the world's first grain-backed cryptocurrency, which, when traded on a digital platform, allows you to buy agricultural assets backed by soy digitally via the blockchain. The expected result of this tokenization seems positive.
It is proposed to describe the structure of participants and their functions in the agrotoken ecosystem as follows: producers can convert harvested grain into digital assets to quickly and securely exchange them for goods and services; stores accept agrotokens in exchange for goods or services; participants tokenizing their own grain, as well as platform users, create a potential audience; investors working with cryptoassets can purchase agrotokens on major exchanges.
