The article substantiates the methodological foundations for managing the logistics potential of an industrial enterprise under conditions of global economic turbulence, high uncertainty, and wartime challenges. The transformation of global supply chains, increasing logistics costs, and disruption of traditional transport routes require a revision of classical management approaches and the development of adaptive logistics management systems. In this context, logistics potential is considered as an integrated dynamic capability of an enterprise to coordinate, transform, and utilize logistics resources in order to ensure sustainable value creation. The paper systematizes the structural components of logistics potential, including technological, information-digital, human, organizational-managerial, and financial-investment elements, and clarifies their functional roles within the enterprise logistics system. Particular attention is paid to the influence of fundamental laws of complex systems organization – synergy, self-preservation (resilience), and information saturation–on the effectiveness of logistics potential management. Based on these principles, a conceptual model of a logistics potential management system is proposed, which integrates management functions, methods, and feedback mechanisms aimed at minimizing entropy and enhancing system adaptability. Methodological provisions for the comprehensive assessment of logistics potential are developed, focusing on the balance between the potential for development and the potential for destruction caused by internal and external risks. The study also identifies strategic directions for the development of logistics potential of Ukrainian industrial enterprises, emphasizing digital transformation. The results of the research can be applied in strategic and operational management to improve resilience, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability of industrial enterprises.
