ANALYSIS OF SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES IN THE STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article analyzes conceptual approaches to the interpretation of enterprise development. The approaches of scientists to the definition of strategic development of industrial enterprises are studied, highlighting the differences between its principles and strategic management. Modern strategic directions are determined to ensure the development of domestic industrial enterprises under current business conditions. For the strategic development of enterprises, it is necessary to form a model that provides for the analysis and a number of strategic actions, including a number of stages such as the formation of a mission, goals, strategic alternatives, the choice of a strategy and its implementation, strategic audit (assessment of the chosen development strategy) with the adoption of innovative strategic decisions. The factors that influence the financial and economic activities of industrial enterprises and ensuring the implementation of strategic development guidelines are characterized. The aspects of the formation and implementation of an enterprise development strategy to ensure sustainable competitive positions in the domestic and foreign markets are substantiated. The specifics of the formation of a development strategy for industrial enterprises under modern socio-economic changes in the direction of increasing economic potential and activating business in the post-war period are highlighted. In practice, an effective tool for ensuring the strategic development of an industrial enterprise is the use of functional strategies aimed at improving marketing activities, implementing a financial strategy to strengthen financial potential, increasing the efficiency of foreign economic activity and implementing measures in the personnel management subsystem. Based on the system approach, the principles of effective strategic development management are determined. According to the system approach, the development management system should cover all areas of production, economic, financial and social activities of the enterprise.
