This paper explores the modern approach to purposive human resource management and its relationship to managerial engineering management. The need for purposeful human resource management is well established. As the business environment becomes more competitive and dynamic, the basic principles and stages of purposive HR are defined. The benefits and challenges of purposive human resource management are presented. It is noted that modern organizations are increasingly focused on integrating all aspects of their activities in order to gain competitive advantage, and are therefore using digital technologies and analytics to improve all aspects of their activities, including HR by purpose. Вusiness engineering plays a key role and can achieve significant results by improving the efficiency of both business processes and human resource utilization. The modern business environment is characterized by rapid change, including technological innovation, globalization, economic fluctuations, and competition, underscoring that purposeful human resource management and business engineering have a common goal: to ensure organizational flexibility and adaptability to these changes. An innovative approach to HR by objectives and its relationship to business engineering has been identified to support business growth and development through the widespread implementation of SMART objectives and improved effective management. While HR by Goals is a powerful tool for improving organizational performance, there are many challenges to its implementation and execution. Therefore, it is important to implement the right tools to clearly define goals, align processes, provide flexibility, and measure results. Objective HR should be carefully designed to maximize the use of human resources and contribute to the achievement of the organization's strategic goals. Purpose-driven HR can effectively combine a strategic approach to organizational development with the needs of individual employees, ensuring maximum results for both.
