Abstract

The article for the first time developed an integrated system of economic and mathematical models for knowledge management of project-oriented enterprises. This system consists of two subsystems: the subsystem of knowledge management of operational activities of the enterprise and the subsystem of knowledge management of project activities of the enterprise. The system contains the following blocks: defining the objectives of the knowledge management system (KMS) of the project-oriented enterprise, ie the efficiency criteria for the KMS and separately for its subsystems; assessment of the knowledge management subsystem (KMsS); establishing the relationship between KMsS and efficiency criteria; formation of development scenarios; selection of the optimal development scenario; optimization of problem areas of the script; formation of management decisions. Within the framework of the developed integrated system, 13 economic and mathematical models were used. The implementation of an integrated system of economic and mathematical models for knowledge management was carried out for a project-oriented enterprise of the communal sector of Ukraine MKP "Khmelnitskteplokomunenergo".
