DIRECTIONS FOR COORDINATING ASPECTS OF BUSINESS PLANNING AND ENSURING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article focuses on the issues of, on the one hand, business planning, and, on the other hand, management of the economic security of the enterprise. It is argued that these, at first glance, little connected subjects of business management, in fact, are quite touching each other. Such a connection is traced, for example, in functional-resource decomposition. If during the management of the economic security of an enterprise, such components as financial, intellectual and human resources, technical and technological, and others are studied, then in business planning the main indicators of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise are planned in the following areas: financial, production, etc. In addition, the development of a business plan allows you to timely anticipate and, therefore, eliminate a number of challenges and threats to the functioning and development of a business. That is why the purpose of the study was to identify areas for harmonizing aspects of business planning and ensuring the economic security of enterprises (organizations). It is indicated that in the current complex realities of business, it is important to provide a separate section in the business plan, which will highlight information on planning the parameters of the enterprise's economic security during the implementation of its business project.The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the further development of methodological and applied principles for coordinating the policy of economic security management and implementing business planning for the functioning and development of a business entity. The applied significance of the research results lies in improving the regulatory and methodological support for business planning and ensuring the economic security of enterprises and organizations.
