The article is devoted to the study of the synergistic effects of managerial innovations in electrical engineering. It is noted that digitalization, innovations and management methods are becoming key factors in the development of the enterprise. An analysis of the features of the electrical engineering industry of Ukraine according to the theory of eco-system management has been carried out. The results of the analysis at the global level show the dependence of enterprises on the import of energy equipment and technologies, which requires updating the energy independence strategy; at the cluster level - the significant export potential of the industry due to the high qualification of engineering personnel and the growth of the share of renewable energy sources; at the entrepreneurial level - the development of production technologies based on digitalization. To create synergistic effects at an electrical engineering enterprise, the implementation of cross-training programs is proposed; the unification of financial, marketing, engineering data into a single system; the integration of production, logistics, service into closed cycles. Synergistic effects are classified according to the criteria: industry of influence; term of effect implementation; intensity of economic effect. A model for assessing the overall synergistic effect is proposed to justify investment projects in the financial, operational, personnel, innovative, environmental, and reputational areas of the enterprise. The article proves the necessity of the concept of dual logic as a basis for strategic management. On the one hand, in the electrical engineering industry, this is the improvement of existing products/processes, and on the other, the study of disruptive technologies. Estimating the synergistic effect and using the concept of dual logic in innovation management will allow you to effectively manage risks associated with technological changes; increase the meta-cognitive abilities of the organization; create opportunities for increasing profitability based on the externalization of knowledge and cooperation.
