Abstract

The study explores in depth the peculiarities of organizing logistics management in the development of international production cooperation of enterprises. Particular attention is paid to the theoretical and practical aspects of how logistics processes shape, support, and regulate the establishment of cooperative ties between independent economic entities operating across different national and institutional contexts. The paper emphasizes that the logistics management of international production cooperation should not be understood narrowly as the coordination of physical flows of goods, but rather as a complex system that integrates planning, organization, monitoring, and control of diverse processes in which several enterprises are simultaneously engaged.

It is determined that successful logistics management within cooperative networks requires synchronization of supply chain activities, information exchange, harmonization of resource allocation, and effective risk management mechanisms. The study highlights the necessity of close integration of logistics monitoring with enterprise-level control processes, ensuring not only the efficiency of operations but also transparency, reliability, and adaptability of cooperation in changing market conditions. The role of facilitators within the logistics management structure is analyzed in detail. These facilitators are defined as intermediaries or coordinators who contribute to the alignment of interests, resolution of conflicts, and maintenance of communication between partner enterprises. Their placement and functional responsibilities are presented as a crucial component of the mechanism of international cooperation development.

Furthermore, the paper outlines the strategic foundations of international production cooperation, focusing on long-term partnership stability, competitiveness improvement, and innovation transfer. Special emphasis is placed on the regulation of procedures for logistics monitoring and control, where facilitators play a central role in ensuring compliance with established standards and agreements. A model of the logistics monitoring and control procedure is proposed, demonstrating how enterprises can systematically evaluate performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and adjust cooperative strategies. This model is intended as a universal instrument for enhancing efficiency and sustainability of international production cooperation, supporting both theoretical advancement and managerial practice.
