Abstract

In the modern conditions of the development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine, where not only the material and technical base, but also human, organizational and social capital play a key role, the study of intellectual capital as a driver of economic growth is of relevance. Intellectual capital is considered the most critical resource of an enterprise for ensuring financial health and value for business partners. In the modern economy, the knowledge of an enterprise is a vital resource for economic growth and creating value for business partners. Unlike traditional resources, intellectual assets - knowledge, experience, creativity of personnel, information systems, established communications - have a cumulative property and can form a sustainable competitive advantage. At the same time, effective management of economic potential is impossible without considering the role of intangible factors in ensuring the innovation and investment attractiveness of agricultural business. The relationship between intellectual capital and economic potential is manifested through the influence of knowledge and organizational resources on labor productivity, technological modernization, and the effectiveness of management decisions. The work aims to outline tools that enable enterprises to transform their existing knowledge, experience, and communications into economic benefits. It concerns the use of strategic mapping, digital platforms for knowledge management, internal staff training, and the development of a corporate culture of innovation. Consideration of such tools allows us to move from the use of human potential to the systematic formation of intellectual capital as the basis for sustainable development of agricultural enterprises, which makes it possible to harmonize the goals of economic efficiency with the goals of innovative development in the conditions of post-crisis restructuring of the economy. It is determined that in the conditions of digitalization and structural reorganization of the agricultural sector economy, there is a need to revise traditional approaches to assessing the resource base of enterprises. Intellectual capital, as a component of intangible potential, is becoming one of the key factors of long-term growth.
