ANALYSIS OF BASIC CONCEPTS FOR DETERMINATION OF «ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISE»

Abstract

The article analyzes the main approaches and scientific views of modern scientists to the definition of the concept of enterprise economic security. It has been noted that there are a significant number of scientific approaches, however, the concentration on individual aspects of the problem of economic security of enterprises leads to a fragmented understanding of its essence.

The study generalized scientific concepts to define the economic security of an enterprise, which allowed systematizing the basic terminology and form the basis for the development of systems aimed at ensuring the economic security of enterprises operating in the conditions of modern economic transformations. Key scientific approaches in particular such as resource, functional, systemic, strategic and information approach as a basis for the formation of conceptual vision of the economic security of an enterprise have been identified.

Definitions of the concept of economic security of an enterprise indicating the main idea within the framework of certain key scientific approaches in a systematic form have been provided. In particular, it has been noted that the resource approach allows enterprises not only to protect their resources, but also to use them as a basis for sustainable development and increasing competitiveness. The functional approach is aimed at ensuring the stability of the enterprise and its ability to function effectively in conditions of uncertainty and global transformations. The systemic approach allows enterprises to function effectively in conditions of uncertainty and achieve long-term goals. The strategic approach is aimed at ensuring not only the protection of the enterprise from threats, but also its sustainable development, which allows achieving long-term goals in the strategic vector of development. The use of an information approach is becoming particularly relevant in the context of dynamic development of artificial intelligence, neural network technologies and the Internet of Things. Information approach allows enterprises not only to protect their information assets, but also to use them as a strategic resource to achieve long-term goals.

Comparison of resource, functional, systemic, strategic and information approaches allows determining the main focus of the corresponding concept, as well as its strengths and limitations in solving the problem of the economic security ensuring of the enterprise.

The importance of combining different approaches to ensure the economic security of an enterprise has been proven. As a result of the research, a complex vision for building the system of economic security of an enterprise has been formed.
