QUALIMETRICS OF THE PERFORMANCE OF RESOURCE CIRCULATION IN AGRIBUSINESS

Abstract

The article reveals the need to implement effective approaches to assessing the effectiveness of resource circulation in agribusiness as an important component of the sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy in the war and post-war periods. It is emphasized that the quality of business processes is becoming a decisive factor in achieving competitiveness, investment attractiveness and environmental responsibility of the agricultural sector in the context of globalization and integration into the European space. The author analyzed modern assessment methods used in economic theory and practice, identified their limitations in assessing the qualitative characteristics of business process development. As an alternative tool, the use of a qualimetric approach is proposed, which allows not only to quantitatively assess resource circulation, but also to integrate aspects of quality, risks, stakeholder needs and compliance with modern industry standards. The advantages of qualimetric assessment are identified: objectivity of results, taking into account the technological level of the enterprise, adaptation to changing environmental conditions. The author proposes a structure of a performance indicator system that includes discrete, group, combined and integral indicators, taking into account technical, economic, social and environmental factors. The study presents a model for measuring the efficiency coefficient of resource potential use, which can be used for forecasting and making management decisions in the agricultural sector. A system of indicators is proposed for a comprehensive assessment of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises and their resource circulation, which combines discrete, group, combined and integral indicators. It is shown that the use of a qualimetric approach contributes to making informed management decisions, optimizing costs and increasing the efficiency of agribusiness. Conclusions are drawn regarding the need to integrate circular economy models into the strategic planning system of agricultural production. The results of the scientific work are aimed at improving the quality management system in the agribusiness sector and forming strategies for circular development of enterprises. The author emphasizes that the widespread implementation of the qualimetric approach will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the functioning of agro-industrial enterprises, reducing environmental risks, and forming a national economy focused on sustainable development.Keywords: qualimetry, agribusiness, resource circularity, sustainable development, efficiency assessment, business processes, resource potential, circular economy, management decisions.
