Abstract

The article aims to study the transformation of business process structure in the context of dynamic changes in the external environment, using modern transformation tools such as digitalization, automation, business analysis, and process reengineering. The article examines the prominent trends that influence the formation of business processes in the face of modern economic challenges. It is shown that one of the key trends is digitalization, which includes the introduction of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, and the Internet of Things. These technologies enable the automation of processes, increase forecasting accuracy, and reduce dependence on the human factor, which significantly improves business efficiency.

The second significant trend is sustainable development, which involves integrating environmental, social, and managerial aspects into the business process system. Sustainable development contributes to increasing the trust of investors and consumers and includes ESG principles, which are important for ensuring environmental responsibility and efficient resource use.
