CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF THE STATE POLICY OF ENSURING DEVELOPMENT AND FINANCIAL SECURITY OF PRIORITY BRANCHES OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY OF UKRAINE

The aim of the study is to identify shortcomings and problematic aspects of state regulation in the context of economic growth and financial security of priority economic activities and sectors of the national economy of Ukraine to form an information and analytical basis for its further improvement.The article emphasizes the relevance of the formation and implementation of state policy to manage the development of priority sectors of the national economy. The analysis of practices of modern state regulation in this sphere in Ukraine is carried out. In particular, the national and state strategies and programs that were adopted, implemented and related to the state policy to support the development of basic economic activities and the national economy in general were analyzed. The practice of formation of organizational and managerial management system by formation and development of perspective types of economic activity in Ukraine is estimated.The general characteristic and an estimation of institutional and legal maintenance of regulation of development of real sector of national economy of Ukraine is given. The problematic aspects of the state policy of ensuring the development of strategic sectors of the Ukrainian economy are generalized. It is shown how they negatively affect the financial security of such industries. Conclusions are made in the context of prospects of elimination of problematic aspects of domestic state policy of progress management of priority branches of national economy.The applied significance of the research results is to form conclusions for the higher central bodies of public administration on further improvement and increase of efficiency of the state policy of development of strategic for the national economy of the state branches.The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the further development of theoretical and applied bases for the formation of state policy to strengthen the financial security of the industry through the creation of favorable economic and legal conditions.
