Abstract

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the role and importance of anti-stress training of personnel in the system of anti-crisis management of the enterprise and self-management.

Anti-stress training of personnel is a set of measures, methods and strategies aimed at forming stress resistance, increasing the level of adaptability and reducing the negative impact of stress factors on employees.

The main goal of anti-stress training of personnel is to teach personnel to cope with stress, maintain productivity and psychological health in difficult conditions. The main tasks of anti-stress training are: forming adaptive thinking and stress management skills, teaching methods of self-regulation and emotional stability, improving team interaction in stressful situations, providing psychological support for employees, increasing motivation and the level of staff involvement.

The functions of anti-stress training of personnel are determined - adaptive, preventive, compensatory, motivational, educational, social, corrective, productive. It has been established that anti-stress training is carried out through organizational (flexible personnel management, anti-crisis training, optimization of work processes, creation of psychological relief zones), psychological (coaching and mentoring, training in self-regulation techniques, development of emotional intelligence, psychological support), physiological (healthy lifestyle, rational nutrition, provision of a comfortable environment) and social (team building and support of the team, corporate responsibility programs, social guarantees) methods.

It has been proven that anti-stress training of personnel is an important element of anti-crisis management of the enterprise, therefore its place in the anti-crisis management system is outlined. It helps managers and employees to maintain productivity, adapt to changes and effectively overcome challenges, which is the basis of successful anti-crisis management.

The advantages of anti-stress training for an individual employee (as a direction of self-management) and the enterprise (as a component of anti-crisis management) are substantiated.
