SIGNS AND TRENDS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRANSFER POTENTIAL OF COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of the transfer of innovative technology. It was determined that strategic cooperation in the financial and production spheres of the enterprise is not enough to ensure its competitiveness on the world market and integration into the global economic space. Attention is drawn to the development of transfer potential. International transfer potential provides the maximum return from their implementation and provides companies with the following strategic opportunities: development of the domestic market; development of new industries; adaptation and transfer of achievements of developed countries; entry into the transnational infrastructure.

Directions are presented in the development of technology transfer for various fields, and it is also important that compliance with the principles of transparency and legality of technology and equipment transfer, honest behavior of participants. The technology transfer market is an important factor in the further civilizational development of Ukraine.

The relevance of the study lies in the fact that transnational corporations (TNCs) should be considered not only as enterprises organized in any legal form, consisting of parent companies and controlled foreign enterprises located in the country of origin and other countries, but also as international companies , which have business units in at least two countries and manage them from one or more centers. These centers make decisions that ensure a coherent policy and overall strategy, including the allocation of resources, technology and responsibilities to achieve profit.

The purpose of the study is to study the theoretical foundations of the activities of transnational corporations and determine their impact on the development of the world economy.
