Abstract

In conditions of economic instability and crisis phenomena, the problem of reducing costs and increasing the efficiency of managing the quality of transport and other services becomes the basis for the functioning of any business.
Transport enterprises face many problems caused by military operations, rising fuel prices, aging rolling stock, low quality of services, lack or imperfection of financial instruments, etc.
The economic situation in the transport services market indicates the need to find new savings reserves, carry out work to revise a number of processes in order to reduce costs, optimize their level and improve quality.
The article is devoted to the study of work motivation as a means of increasing the efficiency of the work of enterprises of the transport industry in the conditions of digitalization. The functioning of the market of transport services for the effective provision of the social and industrial complex of the country is determined. The demand and supply of the transport market is characterized and analyzed, external and internal factors affecting the market of transport services are determined.
The review of the latest research on personnel management in the conditions of digitalization was carried out and the significant influence of digital technologies on the development of personnel and their motivation was emphasized. On the basis of the study of existing approaches to understanding the meaning of the concept of "motivation" and highlighting its main aspects, the interpretation of the concept of "motivation" was formed. Groups of factors affecting employee motivation and their characteristics are given. Two types of social factors influencing the motivation of employees are distinguished and their content is revealed. Personal factors affecting the motivation of employees, which are determined by individual needs and cover all aspects of a person's life, are also considered. The main trends of personnel motivation in the conditions of martial law are substantiated.
