Income distribution is an important factor in inclusive growth, as a more equal distribution of income can reduce poverty, increase access to education and health, increase social mobility, and provide greater access to resources and opportunities. In addition, if a large part of the population has a low level of income, this can reduce the overall demand for goods and services, which can affect the economic development of the country. Thus, the distribution of the population by income should be one of the key topics in the formation of the economic and social policy of the state.
In order for the income distribution of the population to reflect inclusive growth in Ukraine, it is necessary to ensure some income equality between different social groups. In addition, it is important that incomes are sufficient to meet the minimum needs of the population in basic social goods such as housing, food, education and health care.
The purpose of the article is the process of analyzing the standard of living of the population of Ukraine in the system of inclusive development.
It has been studied that consumer spending in Ukraine reflects a high dependence on spending on food products, which indicates the low standard of living of a large part of the population. Payment for housing and communal services is also a significant expense item, but the amount of benefits and subsidies for these expenses is insignificant, which indicates the inefficiency of the state support system in this area. Inclusive development can increase the level of social support by creating conditions for equal access to services and programs for all people, including vulnerable groups. In turn, the level of social support can help support and strengthen inclusive development by providing the necessary assistance and resources to ensure a level playing field for participation.
It was determined that in the context of inclusive development, ensuring the accessibility of cultural institutions and materials for all population groups, including people with different needs and remote regions, can become an important aspect. It is reasoned that this may include the expansion of the network of libraries and club facilities, the use of technology to provide access to cultural materials, and the growth of the number of publications that meet the needs of different social groups. It has been proven that in connection with inclusive development, it is important to ensure balanced growth of the economy, which does not lead to excessive environmental pollution, and to reduce the negative impact on the health of the population.
