Abstract

The relevance of the topic of studying information systems of business analytics using Big Data technologies is due to the rapid pace of digital transformation of the economy and a significant increase in the volume of data generated in the modern world. In the era of globalization and information explosion, companies are forced to quickly adapt to changes in the market, improve the efficiency of business processes and find new sources for growth. Big Data technologies enable enterprises to obtain valuable analytical data that could not be obtained by traditional data processing methods, contributing to making more informed and strategic decisions.

During the period of digital transformation, when new technologies change almost all aspects of the business environment, the ability to quickly adapt to changes becomes a key factor in their success. Businesses strive to automate processes, increase efficiency and improve customer interaction. At a time when data volumes are growing exponentially, it is important not only to collect information, but also to use it correctly to make strategic decisions. Big Data technologies have become one of the main drivers of this transformation, allowing you to analyze huge amounts of information to gain new knowledge and business insights. Big Data opens up new opportunities for business analytics, which allows enterprises to use their resources more efficiently, better understand customer behavior, predict market trends and minimize risks. However, the implementation of Big Data technologies is accompanied by numerous challenges associated with the processing and analysis of large amounts of heterogeneous data. Traditional business intelligence tools prove insufficient to fully cover this process, requiring new approaches and technologies. The relevance of using Big Data in business analytics is due to the fact that in a digital economy, information becomes a key asset that can determine the development strategy. The successful integration of big data technologies allows enterprises not only to increase productivity, but also to remain competitive in rapidly changing markets, which is critical in modern realities. In view of all the above, the specified research issues are updated.

The purpose of the article is to determine the features of the development of business intelligence systems using Big Data technologies.

Business intelligence tools based on Big Data technologies significantly accelerate the process of data analysis and performance evaluation, becoming indispensable in the fight against inefficient business processes, identifying potential problems and finding new opportunities for growth and profit. This integrated integration of Big Data technologies into business intelligence information systems enhances organizations "ability to make informed decisions, increase competitiveness, and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions. The use of business intelligence information systems using Big Data technologies brings significant advantages for companies, contributing to the modernization and improvement of a number of processes, such as market research, production optimization, improving customer service, preventing fraud and theft, improving marketing strategies, as well as developing new products and services. All these factors jointly stimulate the development of related industries and, as a result, contribute to the economic growth of the country. Using Big Data allows not only to increase the efficiency of work, but also to expand the possibilities of forecasting, which provides better adaptation to market conditions and more balanced planning. The integration of such technologies makes business analytics a key tool for achieving competitive advantages in the context of digital transformation and rapid changes in the economy.

Business intelligence information systems using Big Data technologies have become a key tool for many modern businesses, as they allow deep data analysis, making informed decisions and increasing competitiveness in the market. Thanks to the ability to process and analyze huge amounts of information, Big Data technologies provide enterprises with relevant knowledge about their operations, customer behavior, market conditions and other important aspects, which allows them to identify hidden trends, predict the development of events and optimize processes. Such systems are especially important in conditions of high uncertainty and rapid change, when the accuracy and speed of decision-making become decisive. A big advantage of using Big Data in business analytics is the ability to aggregate data from various sources, both internal and external. Processing systems allow you to work not only with traditional structured data, but also with unstructured arrays of information, which makes it possible to gain a wider understanding of business processes and understand the relationships between different aspects of activity. However, the introduction of such technologies is not without challenges. Large amounts of data create problems with their quality and safety. Due to the fact that business intelligence information systems often work with confidential data, in particular about customers and internal business processes, it is especially important to protect information from unauthorized access. Another problem is managing the complexity of data - it is necessary not only to collect information, but also to systematize it for effective analytics. This requires highly qualified specialists and powerful technological infrastructures, which can increase costs. Another important component is the ethics of data use. Big Data systems often work with personal information, so their application must comply with the norms of ethics and legislation on data protection. In general, the development and further study of business intelligence information systems using Big Data technologies is critical for modern organizations. This not only allows you to achieve a higher level of operational efficiency, but also helps to adapt to changes in the economy and markets. Constant innovations in the field of Big Data open up new opportunities for improving the accuracy of forecasts, automating business processes and developing new products, which as a result contributes to the overall development of business and the economy.
