Abstract

Current global economic trends are characterised by the rapid intellectualisation of all spheres of activity, which involves the active introduction of new technologies, automatisation and digitalisation of business processes. In this context, investment support for start-ups as innovative entities of the national economy capable of generating and implementing new ideas, ensuring the dynamic development of markets and society as a whole, is particularly relevant. However, the process of evaluating start-ups is becoming increasingly complex due to the growing number of information and technological components that need to be taken into account in the context of the intellectualisation of the national economy. Traditional startup valuation methods are not always able to adequately reflect their potential, risks and development prospects.

Intellectualisation raises new challenges related to the need to take into account such factors as the degree of innovation of technologies, the level of automation of business processes, digitalisation of management and the ability of start-ups to adapt to rapid technological change. Thus, the problem of researching new approaches and tools for adequate analytics of innovative development and startup projects, their investment support in the context of the intellectualisation of macroeconomic systems, which will include a comprehensive consideration of both traditional economic indicators and new indicators related to technological innovation, human capital and the level of intellectualisation of startup business models, is becoming more relevant. This approach is critical for investors, government regulators, and entrepreneurs themselves, as a proper project-analytical assessment of investment opportunities, innovative development, and startup potential can be a decisive factor in their successful implementation and development in the modern knowledge economy..

The purpose of the research is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop applied recommendations for conducting project analytics of investment in innovative development and start-ups under the determinism of intellectualisation of macroeconomic systems.

The acceleration of intellectualisation, triggered by the dynamism of digital innovations and technologies, affects the direction of innovation development and the effectiveness of startups in the national economy. Project analytics is becoming a tool for ensuring the success of startups and allows to justify the efficiency, investment attractiveness, riskiness and competitiveness of innovations. The research of the dynamics of intellectualisation and innovative development of the national economy, as well as a set of criteria for evaluating startups, allows us to substantiate a set of project analytics methods aimed at determining the value of startup projects, justifying investment needs and the feasibility of activating potential, and assessing the interactions of the innovation environment. In the context of the intellectualisation of the economy and the active development of start-ups, the use of classical valuation tools such as NPV, IRR and PP needs to be adapted to the specifics of innovation projects, taking into account additional factors such as the degree of innovation, technological readiness, adaptability to market changes and the level of business process automation. Deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations and developing applied recommendations for project analytics that combine financial indicators with technological and innovation indicators, substantiate strategic vectors of innovative development, the feasibility of investment and the effectiveness of startups in the context of the intellectualisation of macroeconomic systems.

Project and analytical support for the evaluation of start-up projects is important in the context of the intellectualisation of the economy, as it has a critical role in the formation of successful business models and investment support for the innovative development of the macroeconomic system. The success of start-ups largely depends on their ability to adapt to rapid changes in the direction of the national economy's innovative development, which requires constant research and monitoring of opportunities, market prospects, and investment resources. The introduction of modern project-analytical methods allows entrepreneurs not only to assess their chances of success but also to identify new opportunities for innovation and development in the macroeconomic systems of their operation. In the process of project analytics of innovative development and start-ups, it is important to take into account such important criteria as efficiency, investment attractiveness and availability of investment resources and technologies, market potential, team qualifications and experience, which emphasises the need for a comprehensive approach to evaluating start-ups to ensure their successful development.

The intellectualisation of the macroeconomic system pushes startups to introduce new technologies and innovations, which increases their competitiveness. The use of analytical tools to monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and business process efficiency is critical to achieving sustainable growth in a dynamic intellectualisation environment. Start-ups that actively integrate innovative solutions are able to respond more quickly to changes in the market environment and adapt their strategies. Despite the challenges that exist in the current economic environment, the Ukrainian startup ecosystem has significant potential for development. Investments in infrastructure for innovative entrepreneurship, support from the government, and the active work of innovation hubs and business incubators can significantly contribute to the growth of startups. Improving the methods of project analytics for start-ups will be key to their competitiveness and success in the context of the intellectualisation and innovative development of macroeconomic systems.
