MANAGEMENT OF THE LOGISTICS COMPONENT OF AVIATION INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the generalization and further development of the theoretical and methodological principles of managing aspects of logistics in the activities of enterprises in the aviation industry. In particular, the subject of research is the processes of formation, effective use and development of investment and innovation support for the functioning of enterprises in the aviation industry. It is argued that aspects of transportation logistics and logistics service of vehicles come to the fore. It was noted that the further development of theoretical-methodical and methodical-applied support for the management of logistical support for the functioning and development of enterprises in the aviation industry has a high level of significance and relevance. It is shown that, in general, the formation of proper logistics support in the activities of subjects of such a complex and capital-intensive business as air transportation requires significant investments, and this actualizes the task of clarifying knowledge in terms of investment support of the logistics component of air transport enterprises. It has been proven that the modernization of the logistics component of aviation industry enterprises should be carried out on the basis of investment and innovation. It was established that for this it is necessary to attract investments from internal and external sources. It is shown that it is advisable to initiate new practices of external and internal institutional partnership as a promising means of formation and effective use in order to modernize the logistic component of investment and innovation support for the development of aviation industry enterprises. It was concluded that a promising direction of further research in this area is the improvement of the methodology for monitoring the state of the logistic component of the functioning and development of aviation industry enterprises.
