Abstract

Economic and organizational and legal aspects, topical issues of applying a functional approach to personnel management in conditions of uncertainty, crisis, and martial law are considered. The trends in personnel management at enterprises under martial law were analyzed. The military actions launched by Russia against Ukraine highlighted the vital importance of the transport sector for the Ukrainian economy and society. Since the beginning of the war, Russia has been trying to limit Ukraine's transport connections with partner countries. It has been proven that personnel management is a rather complex process, because people are endowed with intelligence and the ability to think. They constantly develop relationships among themselves, which often affect labor productivity, production, and the internal climate of the enterprise The practical significance of the article lies in the fact that, based on the analysis of literary sources on the basic principles of personnel management and generalizations of research on trends in this field of activity under martial law, the characteristics of the functions of planning, organizing, motivating, controlling and regulating personnel activities through the prism of their preservation are determined at enterprises of the transport industry.
