DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IN AN ENTERPRISE DURING A CRISIS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of adaptation of financial management of enterprises to constant technological development. In the course of the study, the prerequisites for changing the technological structure, key technologies and crises that arose due to the untimely adoption of these technologies were analyzed. The existence of a relationship between peak technological achievements and crisis phenomena is proved. He confirms the fact that global crises are the engine of technological progress and emphasizes the importance of constant adaptation of enterprises to modern conditions. It is indicated that the financial and economic crisis of 2007-2009 became a catalyst for the development of digital technologies. Using the example of enterprises that have implemented digital technologies in advance, it was confirmed that timely adaptation to the conditions of the digital economy during Covid-19 made it possible to get significant financial benefits. This fact was confirmed for the first time, and Russia's military aggression against Ukraine-for the second time, the importance of the research process, the creation of innovative technologies and the constant adaptation of its own business processes through their innovative renewal. Thus, it was proved that digitalization of financial management of an enterprise in modern unstable conditions is no longer an advantage, but an extreme necessity. In the course of research, it was proved that the main goal of digital transformation of financial management is not only the introduction of digital tools, but also a radical change in traditional approaches to those where the combination of data and technologies in the management process becomes key. The key advantages of the digital approach over the traditional approach to financial management are identified. Thus, it is proved that the digital transformation of the financial management of an enterprise is a more important factor in adapting to modern dynamically changing conditions of the external and internal operating environment.
