Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of self-management in the conditions of remote work in organizations. The purpose of the study is to study the impact of self-management on the productivity of employees in the conditions of remote work, as well as to study the main theoretical approaches to the organization of effective self-management. In the context of the growing popularity of remote work, special attention is paid to the influence of personal time management, resource management and support of motivation on employee efficiency. The methodological basis of the study was classical management theories, in particular the theories of time management, stress management and motivation, which were adapted to the context of remote work. The research used the following methods: content analysis of scientific publications, comparative analysis of existing models of self-management, and synthesis of the results of previous research in this field. The study is based on the analysis of modern scientific sources that reveal the problems of self-management and its impact on the effectiveness of employees in remote work conditions. The results of the study showed that effective self-management is a key success factor in remote work conditions. In particular, it has been found that employees who apply effective time and resource management strategies demonstrate higher levels of productivity and job satisfaction. In addition, research has shown that employees' ability to self-regulate, including managing stress and maintaining motivation, significantly affects their ability to achieve goals in a remote work environment. Further research should focus on empirical testing of the developed theoretical models, as well as on studying the specifics of self-management in different industries and cultural contexts. Particular attention should be paid to the development of recommendations for organizations to optimize remote work taking into account the individual needs of employees. The obtained results can be used for the development of recommendations for the management of employees who work remotely, as well as for the implementation of programs for the development of self-management skills in organizations. This can help increase productivity, reduce stress levels among employees, and increase their job satisfaction in remote work environments.
