Abstract

The article explores the peculiarities of time management system effectiveness at a biotechnology enterprise. It examines contemporary approaches to time management, the specifics of biotechnology processes, and their impact on labor organization. Key factors affecting time usage efficiency are identified, and recommendations for optimizing the time management system are proposed to enhance productivity and competitiveness of the enterprise. The findings can be used to improve management processes and implement effective time management practices in biotechnology companies. Specifically, the study analyzes the impact of various time management methods, such as planning, delegation, task prioritization, and the use of specialized software, on the efficiency of production and research processes in biotechnology enterprises. The article also addresses barriers and challenges that may arise when implementing these methods and suggests ways to overcome them. The results indicate that implementing an effective time management system can significantly reduce time losses and enhance labor organization, leading to increased productivity and competitiveness of the enterprise. The recommendations provided in the article can be utilized by biotechnology company managers to develop and implement time management strategies tailored to their specific activities. Thus, the study makes a significant contribution to understanding time management processes in the context of the biotechnology sector and provides practical recommendations for improving management processes in biotechnology enterprises.
