The main stages of financial analysis are considered in the article, namely: selection and preparation of information necessary for financial analysis. general assessment of the financial condition of the enterprise, interpretation of the results. The main functions of financial analysis software are highlighted: consolidation and comparison of financial transactions and accounting records, effective financial communication with stakeholders, assessment of financial condition, decision-making on investment and financing, development of financial goals, forecasting. The main users of enterprise financial analysis software include: accounting departments, managers, financial planning and analysis teams. It is concluded that the use of software in enterprises allows you to: analyze the impact on the object of study of a wide range of internal and external factors; increase the reliability and reliability of the results of financial analysis; create opportunities for conducting comprehensive research to analyze the financial performance of the enterprise, which facilitates the work of conducting financial analysis of the enterprise and assessing financial stability; to increase the systematic nature of financial analysis, due to the need for clear definition and formalization of analytical tasks in solving them automatically
It was also concluded that the importance of automating the analysis and forecasting of business financial results is reflected in the rapid transformation of business, which involves the use of information technology to optimize business processes and increase efficiency with which companies make sound management decisions. It can be concluded that the introduction and use of modern tools of financial analysis in domestic enterprises is a very important task in the rapid development of the world economy and technology market, so attention should be paid to improving the skills of financial personnel.
