FORMATION OF PRIORITIES OF SECURITY-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT ENTERPRISES IN CONDITIONS OF TURBULENCE IN THE EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The main goal of safety-oriented management at the enterprise is to ensure stability, security and safety in all aspects of its activity. The article highlights the components of safety-oriented management, in particular: preventive measures, response to crisis situations, formation of safety culture, management of threats and risks, continuous improvement. The specific priorities of safety-oriented management at the enterprise determine the main directions and tasks that ensure safety in various aspects of its activity. Security-oriented management is mainly preventive and indicative, as it is aimed at preventing threats and risks, as well as at prompt detection and response to potential problems. This approach allows enterprises to be more stable and adaptive to changes in the external environment. The stages of safety-oriented management at the enterprise include the preventive aspect, which includes: analysis of the environment, development of security policies and procedures, personnel training, implementation of security systems, and the indicative aspect, which includes: control establishment, monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of security measures, continuous improvement, feedback communication and implementation of changes. The mechanism of safety-oriented management is an important tool for ensuring the stable functioning and development of enterprises in the conditions of modern challenges and threats. It is aimed at minimizing risks and ensuring the safety of the enterprise by implementing preventive and indicative measures. The article presents the components of the security-oriented management of the enterprise, in particular, the components of the security-oriented management (physical, financial, legal, technological and innovative, informational, ecological, social, reputational), subjects (top management), the security service of the enterprise, departments and services that ensure the safety of components of safety-oriented management), influencing factors divided into internal (organizational, production, information, financial condition, personnel policy, marketing policy, technological and innovative activities, etc.) and external (political and economic condition in country, market factors, environmental, innovation and technological changes, etc.), principles (systemic approach, preventive, indicative, adaptability, continuity, comprehensiveness, responsibility, innovativeness, interaction, economic feasibility), methods (normative-legal, financial-economic, organizational , information), means (norms, standards, accounting policy, security policies and procedures, type of management) and tools (security information systems, event/incident monitoring systems, security audit, employee training, management structure, employee responsibility).
