Abstract

The purpose of the study is to develop methodological and applied provisions aimed at improving the strategic management of competitive positions of the enterprise.

The study reveals the relevance of the problem of improving the methods of strategic management of competitive positions of the enterprise. The model of realization of process approach to strategic management of competitive positions of the enterprise which includes a control subsystem, a subsystem of management of competitiveness of the enterprise which, in turn, includes a functional subsystem (organizational, personnel, financial, technological, information and legal maintenance) and process subsystem is developed. -management, financial and analytical, market and sales business processes).

The purposes of improvement of the system of strategic management of competitive positions of the enterprise which are built according to elements of process subsystem of management of competitive positions are defined. It is shown how the implementation of these goals provides the application and combination of key management concepts.

The provisions of the organizational and economic mechanism for improving the competitive position of the enterprise using a set of methods and means to influence the improvement of structural components of business development, as well as the formation of a reliable management system by creating an appropriate service or delegating functions to other structural units.

The scientific novelty of the research results is to improve the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the competitiveness of the business entity by developing a model for implementing a process approach to strategic management of competitive positions of the enterprise.

The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of improving the existing organizational systems for managing the competitiveness of business entities.
