INTEGRATED MOBILE APPS IN THE AUTOMATION OF HR PROCESSES

The article addresses the topical issue of utilizing integrated mobile applications for automating HR processes in modern enterprises. The author emphasizes the importance of automating personnel management in the era of rapid development of information technologies and the growth of data arrays that require effective processing. A thorough analysis of scientific works is conducted, highlighting the advantages of digitalization of HR processes, including the automation of recruitment, selection, training, adaptation, evaluation, and personnel development using digital technologies. The aim of the research is a comprehensive analysis of the peculiarities of using mobile applications for automating various HR functions. The methodology is based on a critical review of relevant scientific literature, an in-depth study of successful cases of implementing mobile HR applications in leading global companies, and a generalization of practical experience in using such applications at domestic enterprises. The author carefully examines a wide range of integrated mobile applications that are actively used for online recruitment, managing employees' working hours, organizing effective team communication, onboarding new employees, personnel training and development, career planning, productivity assessment, and more. Numerous examples of successful implementation of HR applications in the activities of well-known companies such as Uber, KFC, Deloitte, and others are provided. Significant results of the study include a comprehensive classification of different types of mobile applications for automating HR processes, a clear identification of key areas of their use, determination of the main conditions for effective implementation, as well as substantiated proposals for optimizing the use of HR applications in enterprises. The author comes to a convincing conclusion that mobile HR applications are a powerful tool for modernizing personnel management processes through the automation of routine operations, which significantly increases the overall efficiency of HR management in companies. The article is of great interest to a wide range of professionals - HR managers, company executives from various industries, HR consultants, as well as scholars and researchers studying the issues of digitalization and automation of HR processes using the latest mobile technologies.
