Abstract

The article examines the genesis of the formation of the concept of responsibility and the development of the concept of social responsibility in the management systems of business entities. Social responsibility is one of the key components of the strategy of modern enterprises. The social responsibility of entrepreneurship imposes obligations on the owners and management of the enterprise to take into account and protect the interests of all interested parties in the environment of the enterprise. The study of the phenomenon of the influence of social responsibility and numerous studies in this area indicate the need to structure theoretical approaches and knowledge in this area, as well as study the practices of implementing social responsibility in today's conditions. The study of the concept of social responsibility based on this article indicates that the management of enterprises should change approaches to the traditional management of business entities and introduce it into their strategic plans. The authors of the article believe that the growing need for social responsibility depends on the influence of the knowledge and information flow in society. The article summarizes scientific approaches to the development of social responsibility. The conceptual model for analyzing social responsibility practices developed by various scientists was analyzed and systematized. The article examines and reveals the content of the main principles of social responsibility. It is proposed to supplement the already known types of social responsibility in enterprise management systems and the field of entrepreneurship in general with new categories: national-state and cultural-spiritual. The authors claim that the development of social responsibility in the enterprise management system is a complex process where an effective strategy of responsibility can integrate various principles and categories depending on the size and types of economic activity of enterprises.
