Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of implementation of the financial management of the innovative strategy of the security personnel potential of enterprises in the service sector in the system of social responsibility of business. On the basis of the research, it was proposed to develop a methodology for determining the integral indicator of personnel security of a service sector enterprise using social indicators of economic security.

The purpose of the study is to study the financial management of the innovative strategy of the security personnel potential of enterprises in the service sector in the system of social responsibility of business.

The system of professional development of personnel is considered as a purposeful and systematic influence on employees through professional training during their work at enterprises in the service sector with the aim of achieving high efficiency of the services provided, increasing the competitiveness of personnel on the labor market, ensuring that employees perform new and more complex tasks based on the maximum possible use their abilities and potential. The object and subject of the threat, as well as the components of personnel security, have been determined. In practice, special methods and technologies are systematized for the assessment and identification of various risks, their elimination, aggregation, and the formation of a foresight map of mutations and mimicry in the economic and temporal content of development.

The article examines the issue of financial management of the innovative strategy of the security personnel potential of enterprises in the service sector in the system of social responsibility of business. The thesaurus of the category "personnel security of the enterprise" in the system of social responsibility of business is given. It is proposed to develop a methodology for determining the integral indicator of personnel security of a service sector enterprise using social indicators of economic security: the level of wages in relation to the average indicator for the industry or the economy as a whole, the level of salary arrears, loss of working time, the structure of personnel potential. Disturbing the specified set of indicators, in the general list of indicators for monitoring and evaluating the security system, among internal threats, the author singles out: outdated methods and forms of communication, distortion of information; non-compliance with production standards, non-compliance with technological requirements and quality standards; injury, damage; conflicts, non-fulfillment of agreements, unauthorized leakage of information; improper use of funds, violations of the regulator's requirements, both conscious and unconscious. Specifically, regarding indicators of personnel and intellectual security: labor productivity; personnel turnover ratio; salary return ratio; coefficient of educational level; the share of internal research and development costs in total production costs; coefficient of the share of costs for personnel management.
