DIGITALIZATION AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR ORGANIZING THE WORK OF PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE MANAGERS

Abstract

Scientific research is carried out in three areas: 1) digital transformation and Enterprise Management; 2) artificial intelligence in production; 3) production optimization and intelligent management.

The effectiveness of digitalization of cooperation and division of Labor is to ensure: rational use of Labor, digitized means of Labor, continuity of production processes, rhythmic performance of work, increasing labor productivity, establishing rational social and labor relations between participants in production or sales, coordinating the interests of personnel, improving the quality of working life on the basis of ISO.

The last generalizing direction regarding labor and its improvement is the introduction of artificial intelligence. Digitalization of the organization of managerial labor involves the widespread use of: scientific methods, various natural and technical sciences in improving the labor processes of managers, specialists and technical performers. Digitalization of the organization of managerial Labor should: be based on scientific analysis, including design, systematic comprehensive rationalization of the work of managerial personnel based on the achievement of artificial intelligence, technology, management technology and best practices of organizing the work of managers. Rational methods of automation and management techniques consist in the development of rational Labor technology (involves a deep study of the Labor Management Process), Automation and personal labor techniques.

An important place for digitalization of Labor is occupied by the organizational structure and changes in functions in each Management Division of «SE Bordnetze-Ukraine» Ltd. The rationality of digitalization determines the success of department managers, functions combined with artificial intelligence, powers and responsibilities of management personnel, which is outlined in Table 1.

Artificial intelligence makes significant changes in the main directions of digitalization and the Labor Organization of divisions and labor cooperation in Personnel Management. Below are three suggestions: 1)automation of the labor qualification division; 2) digital (electronic) cooperation and production systems; 3)Analysis and optimization of social and Labor Relations.

For enterprises, the formation of an effective management system, the study of the essence of the Labor Organization and the interrelationships of composite controls, the analysis of factors affecting the effectiveness of Labor digitalization, and the functioning of automated workplaces are becoming increasingly important.
