JUSTIFICATION OF STRATEGIES FOR SAFE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATION-ORIENTED ENTERPRISES

In the study, attention is updated to the problems of, firstly, the prospects of innovation-oriented entrepreneurship and, secondly, the aspects of guaranteeing the safety of both innovative processes and business that is innovatively active. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the elements of strategic planning of aspects of economic security of innovation-oriented business entities. It is shown that the innovative way and type of development of the enterprise is irreplaceable, if the enterprise is oriented towards stable long-term functioning and development from the position of strong competitiveness. It is noted that innovations are always associated with risk and significant investment and financial costs. It was established that this is why the substantiation of the theoretical-methodical and methodical-applied provisions of guaranteeing the economic security of the investment process has a high level of relevance. It is summarized that the formation of the competitiveness of domestic enterprises involves an optimal combination of existing competitive advantages, the priority tool for using which is a system-integrated approach, which allows you to use the existing strengths of the enterprise as effectively as possible, rationalize the relations of its interaction with counterparties, minimize the risks of the uncertainty of the economic environment, maintain and increase own market share. A conceptual scheme for managing the innovative activity of the enterprise has been developed. The strategic priorities and goals of ensuring the economic security of innovatively active enterprises have been determined. Strategies of adaptive behavior, which should be followed by innovatively oriented enterprises in order to guarantee their economic security, have been developed. It was concluded that a set of measures aimed at strengthening the corporate protection of the economic security of innovatively oriented enterprises should be formed in such priority areas as: 1) prevention of external threats; 2) ensuring internal security; 3) use of modern technologies in economy and finance; 4) organization of competitive intelligence.
