The article examines the complex features of the process of formation and development of joint-stock companies on the example of domestic iron ore enterprises.
The purpose of the article is to study the process of formation and analysis of the stages of development of the leading domestic iron ore enterprise PJSC Ingulets Mining and Processing Plant (PJSC Ingulets GZK).
The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the development of the private joint-stock company "Ingulets Mining and Processing Plant".
System analysis and synthesis, horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of financial ratios, methods of comparison, grouping, detailing, graphic method.
The economic content of the funds of the joint-stock company and the sources of their formation are considered; the legal regulation of its formation is defined; a description of the financial and economic activity of PJSC "Inguletskyi GZK" is provided; an analysis of the financial condition of PJSC "Inguletskyi GZK" was carried out; an analysis of the use of funds was carried out and an assessment of their impact on the level of profitability of PJSC "Inguletskii GZK" was carried out; Ways to improve the efficiency of managing the use of funds of PJSC "Inguletskii GZK" were considered.
Spreading in the practical activities of iron ore mining enterprises for their effective development, strengthening of innovative processes, the obtained results can be used for the management of joint stock companies.
