IMPACT OF THE FUNCTIONING OF PRIORITY SECTORS OF THE ECONOMY ON THE FINANCIAL-ECONOMIC SECURITY OF UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the problem of ensuring the financial and economic security of the priority sectors of the Ukrainian economy, which emerges acutely in the period of protection of the state's sovereignty due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation. The imposition of financial and economic shocks of the pre-war period increases the challenges and threats of a financial and economic nature on the path of post-war economic recovery. The purpose of the article is to form a methodological basis for conducting a study of the mutual influence of the results of the priority sectors of the economy and the level of financial and economic security of Ukraine. The presented study initiates a scientific direction that will allow for clear planning of strategic guidelines for ensuring financial and economic security of the development of priority sectors of the economy for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. In order to identify risks and threats to the financial and economic security of these industries, a structural and dynamic study of the number of employed workers and the volume of products sold was carried out, which made it possible to track the pace of their changes in order to further include the obtained matrix of regressors in the proposed methodology for determining the factor influence on changes in indicators of financial and economic security . The level of financial and economic security of Ukraine is analyzed. Hypotheses regarding the existence of dependencies between the dynamics of financial and economic security and the dynamics of socio-economic development of priority sectors of the economy were investigated and statistically confirmed. It was found that the rate of growth of the volume of products sold in the industry and the rate of growth of the number of employed workers in the trade sector had the greatest positive influence on the dynamics of indicators of financial and economic security, the rate of growth of the volume of products sold in the economy of Ukraine as a whole and the rate of growth of the number employed workers in the field of agriculture. It is expedient to use the proposed methodological basis for a broader study of the mutual influence of the results of the activity of the priority sectors of the economy and the level of financial and economic security of Ukraine. Further research in the chosen direction should preferably be focused on the development of a detailed metric basis, taking into account the influence of macroeconomic level factors.
