Abstract

The article explores ways to enhance the effectiveness of human resource management in the hotel industry. After conducting calculations, it was revealed that the hotel maintains a stable position in the service market but exhibits slow development, evident from the dynamics of service volume, revenue, and expenses. A SWOT analysis of the enterprise identified high levels of staff qualification, service quality, and an efficient organizational structure as strengths, while outdated technologies, a low corporate image, and an inefficient marketing system were identified as weaknesses. The strategic management aspects of the enterprise's human resources and the establishment of its core objectives align with the overall mission and goals of the organization.

In the post-war period, effective human resource management becomes crucial for successful recovery and development of enterprises. Key measures to support human resource enhancement in the post-war period encompass assessing personnel needs, succession planning, professional development, involving veterans, communication and interaction with employees, personnel motivation and rewards, employee welfare, as well as monitoring and evaluation.
