DEVELOPMENT OF A KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM MODEL AT A PROJECT-ORIENTED ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article builds a functional model of the knowledge management information system of a project-oriented enterprise, describes its functionality and structure. The information system model includes the subsystem of knowledge management in the operational activities of the enterprise and the subsystem of knowledge management in the project activities of the enterprise. The subsystem of knowledge management in the operational activities of the enterprise provides for the collection and storage of data in the following databases: "Personnel", "Technologies", "Processes", "Criteria for the effectiveness of operational activities". The subsystem of knowledge management in the project activity of the enterprise provides for the collection and storage of data in the following databases: "Knowledge management of projects", "Knowledge management between projects", "Areas of knowledge in project management", "Criteria of effectiveness of project activities". The following modules are offered for data processing: module 1 "Assessment of the subsystem", module 2 "Establishing interconnection", module 3 "Formation of scenarios", module 4 "Choosing the optimal scenario", module 5 "Scenario problem solving", module 6 "Formation management decision". An appropriate toolkit of economic-mathematical modeling (mathematical support) for the specified modules is proposed. Module 1 involves the use of gray relational analysis, analysis of hierarchies, fuzzy logic, and Mamdani fuzzy logic inference. Module 2 involves the application of correlation-regression analysis. Module 3 and 4 use sensitivity analysis. Module 5 uses the expert evaluation method, fuzzy logic, game theory, statistical risk assessment method, Lotka-Volterra model, etc. Module 6 provides for the formation of a management decision vector with the indication of practical recommendations in numerical terms regarding the necessary changes in input indicators to achieve the target values of the efficiency criteria of knowledge management in the operational and project activities of the enterprise.
