FACTORS INFLUENCING THE FORMATION OF ECONOMIC BEHAVIOR OF ENTERPRISES PRODUCING AND PROCESSING PRODUCTS OF OIL CROPS

In today's conditions, oilseed production and processing enterprises can flexibly respond to changes in the market situation, which are connected not only with the improvement in the nutrition structure of the population of most countries of the world in the direction of vegetable fats but also with the development of related industries. Therefore, ensuring the effective operation of such enterprises is essential not only from the point of view of business logic but also because they play a vital role in implementing Ukraine's food strategy.
The study aimed to determine the composition and analyze the influence of factors on the formation of the economic behavior of enterprises producing and processing products of oil crops.
The specifics of activities in the oil industry have been clarified, namely: export orientation of the sector; seasonality of costs, especially in the field of production, which should be considered when evaluating the effectiveness of manufacturers' activities and business planning; cyclicity of sunflower oil export; regulation of sales channels on security issues.
To further provide recommendations regarding the economic behavior of enterprises producing and processing oilseeds, an analysis of the consequences of situations in the work of manufacturing enterprises was carried out, considering industry factors.
It was determined that economic decisions are influenced not so much by economic factors but by psychological and social ones. Aspects for forming alternative options for economic behavior can be present both in the external and the internal environment. The corrective lever for each manufacturing enterprise should clarify financial security drivers. At the same time, the current state of the enterprise will be the result of its economic behavior in previous periods, which considered the relevant form of the factors of the external environment. When substantiating one or another model of economic behavior of companies producing oilseed products, one should rely on safety, intra-organizational and regional risks, world trends, and existing demand and drivers of financial safety not only in this but also in related industries.
