THE IMPACT OF THE STATE OF DIGITALIZATION PROCESSES IN UKRAINE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL

The article explores the processes of development in modern society that are rapidly occurring amidst digital transformations, necessitating the adaptation of individuals and businesses to new conditions. One of the most important components for successful development in this context is human capital, which combines innovative technologies with educational processes and learning, fostering continuous knowledge renewal and the acquisition of new competencies. Understanding the role and unlocking human potential in the digital environment becomes an urgent task, presenting new challenges and opportunities for businesses to enhance their efficiency in a competitive landscape. The authors of the article envision a positive impact of developing digital skills on the accumulation of human capital, improving the standard of living, and driving economic growth in the country. It is emphasized that intellectual knowledge, skills, and potential for human capital development serve as the foundation for economic progress. It is noted that Ukraine belongs to countries with a high level of human capital development, but there is still a need for further improvement in quality of life, educational levels, and effective utilization of human capital. The article also highlights the importance of knowledge and project management in this process, emphasizing the necessity of engaging entrepreneurial and creative abilities of leaders and employees for the development of an innovative economy. The authors assert that harnessing the potential of human capital and its effective utilization are crucial factors for the sustainable development of Ukraine amid digital transformations. Overall, the article emphasizes the significance of developing human capital in Ukraine within the context of digital transformation and provides recommendations for enhancing this process, promoting the understanding of the importance of investing in human capital and digital skills to increase the country's competitiveness in the global environment.
