THE INFLUENCE OF MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND TEAMWORK ON MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION CHANGES

Our article is devoted to the relevant issues concerning the impact of information technologies and teamwork on the management system of organizations in the context of a changing market environment and confrontation with globalization challenges.
Globalization challenges include various financial crises that lead to an unstable market; pandemics, chronic diseases; wars and other political conflicts leading to an unstable political situation in the country, between countries; various types of inflation; weapons of mass destruction; man-made disasters and accidents; armament; overpopulation; machine era; human trafficking; terrorism.
The core of the information environment is information technology, which allows managing business processes by coordinating the financial and economic activities of an enterprise. The article examines the essence of the concepts of the globalization, globality, globalism, globalization challenges, information systems and technologies, teams and teamwork. In addition, the role of the enterprise as a part of the integrated system of the country's economy is defined. The main criteria, features and functions of the information system are investigated.
It is suggested to use frameworks to solve complex implementation tasks on several platforms or a large hardware and software platform. The structure of losses of companies caused by the outage of ERP systems (enterprise resource planning) is considered. It has been uncovered that foreign companies give the greatest preference to ERP (43 %), followed by CRM (17 %) and SCM (13 %), and in addition, a larger share of the budget is spent on corporate and pharmaceutical systems.
The article proves the importance of teamwork as a powerful tool for achieving the mission and objectives of an organization and a means of personal and professional development of each team member. The efficiency of teamwork is analyzed on the example of Google and The Rolling Stones.
