TECHNICAL PROGRESS AND DIGITALIZATION OF SOCIAL CAPITAL AS DRIVER OF THE COUNTRY'S SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The latest technologies and digital transformation are rapidly entering all spheres of the economy and modern society, opening up multi-vector opportunities for introducing new approaches and forms of cooperation in a single directed space. A significant contribution of technological progress is the exchange and preservation of information and data that contribute to the evaluation, analysis and initiation of the development of processes. In the economic concept, a new plane of scientific definition is developing. Which is responsible for building and maintaining business relationships in the system "society-state-business" based on trust and respect, is social capital. In connection with the technological development and development of social media and networking sites, the improvement of digital social capital is becoming an urgent issue of our time. Internet technologies create ways to realize and accumulate digital social capital, expanding new network communication connections that contribute to the reputation and business image of the business. The present dictates to society the socio-economic challenges of development. One of the pressing issues of our time is the transformation of technological progress, digitalization and the latest technologies that have confidently entered modernity. Despite the growing interest and barriers of digital social capital in practice, research still lacks practical recommendations for the formulation, implementation and evaluation of appropriate strategies for business development in the direction of socio-economic development. The article uses the theoretical and methodological principle of coverage of the concept of social capital and focuses on the practical application of digital social capital opportunities at enterprises and businesses, proposing a scheme of functioning of the primary information infrastructure of management based on digitalization and information resources; the spread of digitalization and measures to complicate development; stages of maturity of business processes of enterprises in the conditions of digitalization of the economy and components of digital social capital.
